Consideration of Ordinance No. 23-23 authorizing issuance of the City's taxable industrial revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $48,850,000 for Scannell Properties #634, LLC for the construction of an approximately 567,840 square foot industrial building in the I-35 Logistics Park development.
C. Consideration of Ordinance No. 23-24 authorizing issuance of the City's taxable industrial revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $13,400,000 to ArcBest Property Management, LLC for construction of a 28,330 square foot office, warehouse, distribution, and truck terminal facility at the Olathe Commerce Park on Pine and Dennis.
