THE LANDSCAPE PLAN THAT THE APPLICANT EXTENDS EXTENT EXCEEDS UDO REQUIREMENTS THE APPLICANT THE DENSE WILL DENSELY LANDSCAPE THE NORTHERN PROPERTY LINE TO HELP SOFTEN THE APPEARANCE OF THE NORTH SIDE OF THAT BUILDING A AS WELL AS THE APPLICANT WILL BE PROVIDING A 20 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG KANSAS CITY RD.
