B. Consideration of Resolution No. 22-1075 authorizing the City’s completion of an application to KDHE for funds to replace lead and galvanized water service lines.

N. Acceptance of bid and consideration of award of contract to Conrad Fire Equipment Inc., for the fleet replacement of four (4) and new addition purchase of one (1) Fire Apparatus for the Fire Department.
A. Consideration of Ordinance No. 22-52 amending Title 17 of the Olathe Municipal Code pertaining to Stormwater Management.
B. Consideration of Ordinance No. 22-53 authorizing issuance of the City’s taxable industrial revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $11,899,766 to LECC Building 3, LLC, Series 2022, for the construction of approximately 134,643 sq. ft. of industrial space on 167th Street and Lone Elm Road.
C. Consideration of Ordinance No. 22-54 authorizing issuance of the City’s taxable industrial revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $13,083,996 to LECC Building 4, LLC, Series 2022, for the construction of approximately 147,955 sq. ft. of industrial space on 167th Street and Lone Elm Road.
