Planning Commission recommends approval 7-0.
B. Consideration of Ordinance No. 22-44 authorizing of the City's taxable industrial revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $33,850,000 to Scannell Properties #542, Series 2022, for the construction of a 567,840 sq. ft. industrial building in the I-35 Logistics Park development.
C. Consideration of Ordinance No. 22-45 adopting the 2022 City of Olathe Budget.
D. Consideration of Resolution No. 22-1065 adopting the 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan.
E. Consideration of Resolution No. 22-1066 establishing a “Comprehensive Listing of Fees and Charges.”
