Ridgeview Road. A continuance is requested to a future Planning Commission meeting.
B. PUBLIC HEARING RZ21-0003: Request approval for a rezoning from R-1 (Residential Single Family) District and C-2 (Community Center) District to R-3 (Residential Low-Density Multifamily) District and preliminary site development plan for College Ridge Apartments on approximately 41.09 acres; located southwest of College Boulevard and Ridgeview Road.
C. PUBLIC HEARING RZ21-0006: Request approval for a zoning amendment to Ordinance 06-54 and revised preliminary site development plan for Charlie’s Car Wash on approximately 2.18 acres; located at 13512 S. Black Bob Road.
D. PUBLIC HEARING RZ21-0007: Request approval for a rezoning from C-2 (Community Center) District to D (Downtown, Core) District and preliminary site development plan for Downtown Library on approximately 3.05 acres; located at 250 E. Santa Fe.
