Consideration of Ordinance No. 20-44, RZ20-0001, requesting approval for a zoning amendment to Ordinance 18-39 for a PD (Planned District) and revised preliminary site development plan for Bach Homes on approximately 17.31 acres; located at the southwest corner of 127th Street and Mur-Len Road. Planning Commission recommends approval 6-0.

B. Consideration of Ordinance No. 20-45, RZ20-0012, requesting approval for rezoning from CP-2 (Planned General Business) District to R-3 (Residential Low-Density Multifamily) District and preliminary site development plan for Parkview South Apartments on approximately 5.2 acres; located in the vicinity of K-7 Highway and Harold Street. Planning Commission recommends approval 5 to 0.

A. Consideration of Ordinance No. 20-46 amending Title 7 of the Olathe Municipal Code concerning regulation of Drinking Establishments.
